皆さん, こんにちは! Minasan, konnichiwa! Hello everyone! 🌸
Since I ate ramen at Kyoto Engine Ramen two days ago, I'm craving more. That's why I've decided to try to make some myself today. 🙈
I was in the mood for a beef topping, so I bought the following ingredients:
Beef
mushrooms
cabbage
sesame oil
salt and pepper
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp miso
Mix the miso paste with 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
Mince the mushrooms and the cabbage.
Mix the meat with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper and sear it well in a pan with sesame oil.
Add the mushrooms and the cabbage and add the soy-miso mixture after a short time.
Stir it well and leave it in the pan for a while.
For the soup itself I took:
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp miso
2 tsp soy sauce
1 cup of soy milk
broth
garlic
ginger
salt and pepper
Pour the broth with boiling water.
Mince the garlic and the ginger and sear with the sesame oil in a pan.
Add the miso paste and soy sauce and stir well.
Add the soy milk and broth, add some salt and pepper and cook well.
And then of course you need:
Ramen noodles
Simply cook them as directed, then drain and put in a bowl.
Add the soup and place the topping on top.
Finished! That's how my soup looked like:
To make the Food was actually not that easy, because cooking with only one plate is a little difficult. The result was still delicious and I'm curious what I'll try next. 😉
次回まで! Jikai made! See you next time. 💕
